Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have number of core accountabilities in the role, including:
Brand Business planning and execution:
- Define/Suggest annual and medium-term brand business plan in accordance with market dynamics and global brand guidelines
- Work with all country teams (both commercial and TM) to ensure proper implementation of all trade marketing plans
- Work with Global Brand team for resolution of operational needs in implementing the brand plans
Brand communication, Product mix and budget management:
- Monitor and evaluate performance of assigned brands – in terms of sales volume and value, distribution, market share, brand equity, image, competitive activity, advertising, and promotion etc. – report any deviations and propose recovery plans to revert trends not in line with targets
- Ensure effective implementation of brand advertising, promotion, and media plans; evaluate and reports on efficiency and performance.
- Own all brand marketing implementations, working closely with internal stake holders (Purchase, Trade Marketing) and external agencies. Close coordination with Southeast Asia country marketing teams to ensure adherence.
- At each new release identifies key models for local market. Constantly monitor & report collection performance by Cot/main accounts
- Ensure effective administration of brands/products through marketing proposals, product briefs, brand plans, etc.
- In line with corporate guidelines, decides/suggests & implements local brand strategy and main activities per COT/accounts
Business Analysis
- Prepare reports for local/corporate brand reviews
- Robust and current business analysis, based on internal and external data sources, with objective to assess exceptions and recommend corrective actions / learnings to be built into future plans.
- Constantly monitor overall brand performance (units, Aur, distribution, productivity p door, …)
- Constantly monitor brand performance by COT/accounts
Desired Background
- 8years+ of working experience, with at least 5 year of brand/product marketing role;
- Academic degree in Marketing studies will be a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work across different markets and teams in a multicultural environment.
- Ability in synthesizing business analytics.
- Be able to work in fast-paced environment with the flexibility to accommodate demanding projects and schedules.
- Be a motivated, process-oriented self-starter with high attention to detail.
- Be proficient in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
