Job Description
- Generate sales order, purchase order, delivery order, invoice, quotations, etc.
- Prepare and assist salesman to submit tender and sales quotation
- Assist in order processing and delivery coordination
- Attend to all incoming phone calls and handle customers’ enquiries
- Assist the sales team in daily sales operations and liaise between other departments on sales order for delivery
- Submit quotations to customers and follow up for possible sales
- Service existing customers and ensure that customers’ orders and requirements are fulfilled
- Collect information on customers’ present and future consumption needs and assist in preparing sales forecasts
- Handle feedback from customer and resolve complaints
- Maintain proper filling & documentation and perform general administration
- Perform other functions & duties as delegated to you from time to time
Requirements
- Min O’ Level
- Applicants must be willing to work in Tuas
- Working hours from 8am – 5.30pm (Mon – Fri)
- Relevant experience in similar role preferred but not a must as training on job will be provided.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently under fast paced environment
- Able to work in a team and be customer oriented
- Strong work commitment with positive attitude
