· Good communication and writing skills in English (written/spoken)
Job Description
- Attend to walk-in Members of Public (MOPs)
- Processing of application, renewal, issuance, and printing of Vocational Licences using internal system (Training will be provided for use of internal systems)
- Familiar with Common Office Tools (Microsoft Outlook, Skype, etc.)
- Handling of enquiries on VL related matters via phone calls and emails
- To perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.
