Location: Yio Chu Kang (to/fro pick up provided from mrt)
Working hours: 8.45am - 6.15pm (Mon - Fri)
- Attached to Cards Operations – Settlements Team
- Handle issuing chargeback cases (main priority)
- Assist in processing for transfer of balance requests
- Processing waivers on card related fees
- Handling and distribution of all incoming mails, twice daily
- Daily handling (packing) of Debit and Credit Cards
- Processing of Credit Card GIRO application.
- Any other task assigned from time to time.
