Admin & Accounts Executive

Job description

  • Support office/warehouse maintenance in terms of administration and coordination with
  • building management/landlord
  • Handle office/warehouse administrative duties and any other ad hoc duties assigned.
  • Daily/weekly internal report
  • Information research on local employment practices with MOM, CPF and SFA. Familiar with
  • relevant processes with government bodies to ensure the company complies with local rules
  • and regulations
  • Processing of customer orders by system, not limited to processing delivery orders and
  • sales invoices during each outbound
  • Upload customer/vendor invoices and ensure the accuracy
  • Liaise with salesperson(s) to follow up with customers on overdue payments
  • Sales support tasks
  • Procurement support tasks for local suppliers, liaising to procure for customer orders and
  • ensure deliveries are on time
  • Handle SFA tasks
  • Generate delivery list during each outbound and liaising with all logistic parties involved for
  • delivery and SFA matters
  • HR matters pertaining to CPF payment and posting of job advertisements on CareersFuture
  • or Jobstreet when required
  • Handle any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management

What we are looking for

  • Proven 3 years of logistics/administrative background with basic bookkeeping knowledge
  • would be preferred
  • Work experience in a start-up is highly preferred.
  • Familiar with the Singapore Employment Act, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, and Word)
  • Familiar with accounting systems like XERO would be a plus.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving and decision-making.
