Job description
- Support office/warehouse maintenance in terms of administration and coordination with
- building management/landlord
- Handle office/warehouse administrative duties and any other ad hoc duties assigned.
- Daily/weekly internal report
- Information research on local employment practices with MOM, CPF and SFA. Familiar with
- relevant processes with government bodies to ensure the company complies with local rules
- and regulations
- Processing of customer orders by system, not limited to processing delivery orders and
- sales invoices during each outbound
- Upload customer/vendor invoices and ensure the accuracy
- Liaise with salesperson(s) to follow up with customers on overdue payments
- Sales support tasks
- Procurement support tasks for local suppliers, liaising to procure for customer orders and
- ensure deliveries are on time
- Handle SFA tasks
- Generate delivery list during each outbound and liaising with all logistic parties involved for
- delivery and SFA matters
- HR matters pertaining to CPF payment and posting of job advertisements on CareersFuture
- or Jobstreet when required
- Handle any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management
What we are looking for
- Proven 3 years of logistics/administrative background with basic bookkeeping knowledge
- would be preferred
- Work experience in a start-up is highly preferred.
- Familiar with the Singapore Employment Act, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, and Word)
- Familiar with accounting systems like XERO would be a plus.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem solving and decision-making.
