We are looking for an experienced and strategic Solutioning & Pre-Sales Leader to spearhead business growth efforts in the ASEAN region. This role focuses on developing go-to-market strategies, engaging with industry stakeholders, and leading solutioning for large-scale deals across multiple industries. As a leader, you will leverage your deep understanding of enterprise applications, business consulting, and solutioning frameworks to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth and Strategy:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s application services and broader capabilities across various industries
- Collaborate with teams to shape and implement go-to-market strategies for the ASEAN market, targeting high growth and business expansion
- Proactively promote the company’s capabilities at customer meetings and industry forums
Leadership and Collaboration:
- Provide strategic leadership across practices and centers of excellence (COEs), working collaboratively to create account strategies and sales plans
- Engage with internal stakeholders to create a cohesive “Win Theme” for competitive opportunities and ensure strong, client-centric proposals
- Own key client relationships and deals, while offering oversight and support to team members handling other significant opportunities
Client and Partner Engagement:
- Build and nurture long-term, consultative relationships with clients based on trust and deep expertise
- Develop and sustain strong working relationships with select partners to support business initiatives
Market Insights and Evangelism:
- Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly
- Represent the company in marketing events, industry analyst meetings, and external interactions, showcasing thought leadership
- Lead win/loss analysis for significant opportunities and contribute to replicating successful strategies across the team
- Develop case studies and best practices to showcase successful projects and contribute to thought leadership efforts
Education, Experience & Skills:
- Postgraduate degree with 15-20 years of experience in Business Consulting, Business Application Implementation, and Support within Tier 1-2 organizations
- 10+ years of experience in solutioning and presales for large deals, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
- Prior experience in delivering large implementations in a leadership role is advantageous
- Strong understanding of market opportunities and industry dynamics in ASEAN, with existing relationships at management levels in large enterprises being a plus
- Expertise in the Financial Services Industry, Singapore markets, or enterprise segments is highly valued
- Proficiency in architectural frameworks, methodologies, and Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products or enterprise applications
