Duties & Responsibilities
· Handle daily transactions (e.g. accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations)
· Manage FULL accounting function, AP, AR, General ledger, payroll, and banking in commodities related transactions
· Assist with Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Financial Statements/Accounting Close, and audit prepartion
· Handle CPF (Central Provident Fund) matters and ensure compliance.
· Prepare financial documents and ensure readiness for accounting purposes.
· Process all payment methods in accordance with Accounting procedures and policies.
· Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
To be successful in the role, you should have:
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
· Excellent command of English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
· Proficient in MS Office applications
· Independent, self-motivated individual
· Positive working attitude
