NES Fircroft has partnered with our client, a leading Marine Navcom company, to seek a highly skilled and dedicated Business Development Manager to join their team. This role is critical for ensuring the seamless sales and business development of their equipment and systems.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Responsible for growth in market share within assigned sales territory (Southeast Asia).
- Manage customers' expectations with quick response to customers' queries.
- Provide technical consultation to customers' requirements.
- Develop and manage relationship with customers.
- Support and lead assigned projects.
- Develop and identify business potentials.
- Perform market potential analysis and competitor analysis.
- Propose and implement sales strategy to meet company's growth and revenue plan.
- Other duties or projects, as assigned.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience in marine navigation and communications equipment industry, with business development and sales experience.
- Sales / Business development experience in marine navigation and communications equipment industry, with Southeast Asian customers.
- Ability to listen and pro-actively react to customer questions and requests.
- Goal-oriented and extremely hard working.
- Self-driven, independent and enthusiastic to succeed.
- Capable of collaborating with teams and achieving results.
- Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills.
- Good communication in English.
- Proactive, extrovert personality, team player & goal focus.
- Ability to work under pressure in a structured environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
