Key responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance and Uptime: Ensuring that all equipment remains operational and meets production goals by conducting regular maintenance and addressing any technical issues.
- Process Optimization: Implementing improvements to enhance the performance and reliability of the equipment, which may include adopting new technologies or improving existing systems.
- Troubleshooting: Acting as a subject-matter expert, diagnosing and resolving equipment failures or inefficiencies.
- Collaboration: Working closely with other engineers, production teams, and external vendors to ensure the smooth operation of automation processes and systems.
- Project Management: Leading projects related to equipment upgrades, installations, and optimization, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in equipment engineering.
- Preferably in automation or high-tech manufacturing industries​.
