Job Description:
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure. You will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Objects (GPO), Microsoft Identity Management (MIM), and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Active Directory Management: Design, implement, and maintain Active Directory infrastructure, including user and group management, OU structure, and AD replication.
- Group Policy Management: Develop, deploy, and manage Group Policy Objects (GPO) to ensure secure and efficient system configurations.
- Microsoft Identity Management: Implement and manage Microsoft Identity Management (MIM) solutions to streamline identity and access management processes.
- Active Directory Federation Services: Configure and maintain Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) for secure single sign-on (SSO) and identity federation.
- System Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability of IT services.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices, including regular audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams and departments to support business objectives and projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a System Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, MIM, and ADFS.
- Experience with Windows Server environments.
- Familiarity with network protocols, firewalls, and security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate) are a plus.
