- Prepare legal correspondence, documentation, and other materials
- Organise legal documents, invoices and letters
- Compile legal documentation into files and maintain an organised filing system
- Create photocopies and reproductions of records and legal documentation
- Deliver documentation to courthouses, law firms, and other locations as needed
- Maintain and update files and databases for other documentation such as personnel records, financial reports, financial reports, or policies
- Answer phone calls and transfer to appropriate party
- Maintain schedules and calendar and updates as needed
- Oversee and stock office supplies
- Assist attorneys in locating files and organising, copying, and maintaining documents
- Monitor incoming and outgoing mails
- Arrange, sign for packages from DHL, Fedex or others
- Receive mail and packages from couriers and deliver to proper recipient
- Confortable with highly confidential information
- Proficient in Micosoft Word, Excel and MYOB
