Operations managers for Cental Kitchen are responsible for managing activities that are part of the production of Food Services. Their direct responsibilities include managing both the operations process, planning, control, performance improvement, and operations strategy.
Their indirect responsibilities include interacting with those managers in other functional areas within the organisation whose roles have an impact on operations.
Responsibilities:
- Running the operations of Central Kitchen.
- Food Handling.
- He/She supervises chefs and their staff to ensure production targets, portion sizing, product quality and specifications are reached within their area of supervision.
Requirements:
- Prior experince to Catering & manufacturing food
- Perferbaly 5 years of experince
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Certificate in Food handling and/or other qualification will be an advantage.
Salary : $3500-6000
