Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing full spectrum of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Bank Reconciliation.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounting entries.
- Collaborate with operational branches to record daily Point of Sale (POS) sales receipts, including cash sales, credit card sales, and transactions through delivery platforms.
- Maintain records of Petty Cash for the outlets.
- Verify and record vendor invoices and staff expense claims.
- Maintain proper recording and filing of documents.
- Undertake any other finance administrative duties as assigned.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting-related roles, with at least a Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent field, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated capability to work independently with a positive attitude and self-motivation.
- Experience with AutoCount Accounting software is advantageous. Training will be provided for those unfamiliar with the system.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and formulas is essential.
Requirements:
- At least 2 - 3 years account related working experinece and possess at least a Diploma in finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent in the financial field, preferably from F&B inductry
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Abel to work independently, positive attitude and self-motivated
- Experience in auto count accounting software will be an added advantage. Training will be provided for those with no knowledge in auto count system
- Strong in Microsfot Excel and formulas
