Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with on-site supervisors to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Parts Purchasing: Raise Purchase Requisitions (PR) for necessary parts and materials, ensuring timely procurement.
- Site Management: Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients, project teams, and suppliers to address project-related issues.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and meeting notes.
- Resource Allocation: Assist in the allocation of resources to ensure optimal project execution.
- Progress Updates: Regularly update the Client Solutions Manager on project status, challenges, and milestones.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor project quality and adherence to engineering standards and client expectations.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Initiative: Take the initiative to propose improvements in processes and workflows for better project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Engineering or related field; a degree is preferable.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or site coordination; candidates with less experience may be considered.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
