Key Responsibilities:
- Quotations Preparation: Develop accurate and competitive quotations based on client requirements and site assessments.
- Site Surveys: Lead site surveys to gather relevant information for project planning and quotation preparation.
- Documentation Management: Prepare and submit essential paperwork, including permits to work, risk assessments, method statements, and safe work procedures.
- Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to clarify project specifications and requirements for accurate quotations.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments to ensure all potential hazards are identified and mitigated.
- Method Statement Development: Create detailed method statements outlining the steps and safety measures for project execution.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all submissions meet local regulations and industry standards.
- Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from site supervisors to improve quotation accuracy and project execution.
- Progress Reporting: Regularly update the Client Solutions Manager on the status of quotations and documentation.
- Proactive Approach: Take the initiative in identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in engineering; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
