Roles & Responsibilities
- Attend project meetings.
- Assist to coordinate and communicate various issues with stakeholders (contractor, client, partners, etc).
- Conduct progress meetings to manage issues.
- Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site.
- Plan, manage and oversee the day-to- day construction management of the project.
- Monitor and report to management of project progress vs baseline, including issues and risks in a timely manner.
- Review man-hours and duration forecasts to completion and resource requirements.
- Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance and investigate reasons for less than satisfactory performance.
- Maintain good working relationships with all parties at site such as customers, contractors, vendors, etc to ensure smooth progress of work flow.
- Require to work in a multi-discipline environment to achieve an on-time project completion while maintaining consistent and accurate documentation.
- Responsible for planning, scheduling and costing.

- Candidates must possess degree or equivalent
- Clear and concise verbal and written communications
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in Autocad software will be an added advantage
