Job Summary:
Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable stay experience. Handle guest interactions, reservations, and resolve any issues promptly. Collaborate with colleagues to maximize room occupancy, promote hotel services, and maintain high standards of service quality.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high standards of personal presentation.
- Understand customer needs, delivering products and services that meet their expectations.
- Manage reservations from various sources (fax, phone, email) accurately in OnQ PM.
- Work with a sales-focused attitude, identifying opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Use suggestive selling and upselling techniques to increase revenue.
- Collaborate with other departments, ensuring professional and efficient communication.
- Promote Hilton Honors program and deliver loyalty benefits.
What do we need from you:
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Good computer skills (e.g., MS Office, property management systems)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
