Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and contribute to our long-term business expansion by cultivating relationships with potential clients, agents, and partners.
- Lead ongoing market research efforts to facilitate product and market expansion.
- Propose innovative growth strategies to increase Monthly Active Users.
- Demonstrate a solution-oriented approach: Innate ability to strategize and solve problems, effortlessly grasping category/commercial dynamics and translating business drivers into compelling customer value propositions.
- Develop, implement, and refine marketing campaigns continuously.
- Oversee both routine and non-routine campaigns, manage production rollouts and change requests, and provide support for new initiatives.
- Conduct assigned market research and gather information effectively.
- Possess strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a drive for process improvement to enhance day-to-day efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar growth-focused role with demonstrable experience working with Tech and Product user-focused companies
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Willing to travel across region as business requires
