They seek enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Tearistas and Senior Tearistas. Working Hours: 5 Days, 44 Hours

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of teas, including traditional and specialty blends, according to the menu and recipe.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the tea shop, including the tea preparation area, serving stations, and seating areas.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues, supporting fellow team members, and assisting in training new staff.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage customers and build rapport.
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork and collaboration.
- Prior experience working as a Tearista & Barista would be recommended for a more senior position.
