Responsibilities:
- Attending to incident calls and service requests, providing IT level 1 on-site support and AV on-site support to facilities that includes set up/set down, investigation, troubleshooting, rectification and documentation of issues and feedbacks.
- Ensure smooth running of Theatre and AV support that include operation readiness, event support and customer service.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to the campus infrastructure and equipment.
- Oversee and coordinate the repair and improvement work by external contractors.
- To provide support and carry out productions Audio-Visual (AV), photography and videography services for both internal and external events.
- Support the Business Continuity Management plan to ensure business continuity on campus in any crises and emergencies.
- To support and facilitate the planned electrical installations and shutdown maintenance works.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in handling Audio & Visual Experience, Eg (AV engineer supporting Banquet Operations /Catering for their events in using and troubleshooting sound equipment set up) will be an advantage
