Role and Responsibilities
1. Provide on-going application support and be involved in various stages of the SDLC
2. Conduct user requirement gathering for new systems and/or enhancements to existing systems/solutions
3. Conduct user requirement analysis for the development / implementation of new systems and enhancements to existing systems
4. Perform documentation of requirements and new process/workflows for the developed solutions
5. Perform functional analysis of new systems and enhancements to existing systems
6. Involvement in the various testing phases prior to implementation, including but not limited to developing test plans and cases, conducting testing and verifying test results and following up on issues to resolution
7. Plan and coordinate end-user training for any system implementations or enhancements
8. Liaise closely with business users and build good rapport particularly in the area of defining IT processes, organizations and workflow relationships to complement the solution
9. Support the team in defining project requirements, tracking and documentation of project progress with respect to time, resources, budget and demonstrated results
10. Identify, facilitate and ensure cross functional resource support for projects.
11. Provide 24/7 primary application maintenance support
12. Participate and support Request for Proposal (RFP) for projects with the Manager.
Requirements / Qualifications
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in developing, implementing and maintaining IT systems
2. Successful track record in project management, user and vendor management
3. Experience in MS Windows environment & application support
4. Experience in Database management systems (SQL, Oracle)
5. Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently
6. Experience in healthcare industry is an added advantage
7. Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
