- Support Chefs in running the day-day operations smoothly
- Ensure food is cooked based on indent provided by operations team to minimize food wastage
- Maintain all documentations and reports required by Food safety and Environment team(HSE)
- Handle pest control and hygiene issues including working with Food safety and Environment team(HSE) on audit results
- Generate menu specification with photos prior to start of new menu
- Perform gatekeeper roles for SAP/System related matters( BOMS creation, upkeep live recipes)
- Track and report COGS
- Participate and assist in events catering
- Any other duties assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-5 years experience in F&B central kitchen/production plant background
- Computer proficiency and with SAP system would be advantageous
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Highly organised, meticulous and able to work under pressure
