6 Month Contract (November 2024 to May 2025)
Responsibilities (HR):
• Assist in keying timesheets for payroll
• CPF Submission
• Submission of claims (NS makeup pay, GPL, FWL waiver, and other government grants)
• Administrate Corppass users
• File exit clearance (IR21)
• Annual filing of income tax
• Weekly manpower update
• Work pass administration (WPOL & EPOL)
• Annual Leave Administration
• Identify and administrate training needs & enrolments
• Insurance policy renewals and claims submission
• Handle ad-hoc office administration
Responsibilities (Accounts):
• Prepare and assist in the preparation of related journal entries.
• Issue sales invoices, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with the requirements.
• Maintain a comprehensive ledger of accounts receivable, recording detailed information for each receivable such as customer name, invoice number, amount, aging, and payment status.
• Handles Accounts Payable and Data Entry
• Liaise with suppliers/subcontractors on payment issue
• Perform Creditors’ Reconciliation
• Prepare payments
• Any other Ad-hoc accounts related duties as requested.
