Job Responsibilities

  • Perform general office duties and administrative support including data entry, answering calls and preparing and collating information and formatting documents
  • Manage inward/outward correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Generating reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Collects mails and documents
  • Filing, controlling and maintaining of documents.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum GCE O-Levels/N-Levels
  • Experience in marine industry would be advantageous
  • Preferably with 1 year of admin experience
  • Computer literate
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Words, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess a pleasant and outgoing personality
  • Detailed and efficient

Working Hours

  • 5 days work week
  • Mon - Thur: 8am - 5.15pm
  • Fri: 8am - 4.30pm

Location

  • Tuas (Islandwide transport provided)
