Job Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties and administrative support including data entry, answering calls and preparing and collating information and formatting documents
- Manage inward/outward correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Generating reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Collects mails and documents
- Filing, controlling and maintaining of documents.
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE O-Levels/N-Levels
- Experience in marine industry would be advantageous
- Preferably with 1 year of admin experience
- Computer literate
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Words, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possess a pleasant and outgoing personality
- Detailed and efficient
Working Hours
- 5 days work week
- Mon - Thur: 8am - 5.15pm
- Fri: 8am - 4.30pm

- Tuas (Islandwide transport provided)
