· Managing comprehensive, strategical and complex international projects; dealing with turnkey projects in international environments
· Independent Risk & Opportunity Management, incl. project monitoring, controlling and reporting
· Planning project flows, incl. deadlines and resources
· Responsible for change, claim and escalation management, deadline monitoring, costs and quality control, budget adherence and optimization
· Planning, managing and coordinating project teams with different cultural backgrounds in a complex environment
· Implementation of strategical project management topics in the region Asia Pacific
· Supporting and consulting internal and external interfaces
· To be involved in process designing calculation such as thermodynamics, flow mechanics, mass balances, equipment sizing and various unit operations
· Good technical knowledge in Process Design, assembly drawing, good management system and team work
· Depending on candidate’s experience and skills, candidate may start with managing smaller projects before progressively managing more complex projects. For candidates with lesser experience, he/she may work under the coaching of a senior Project Manager to support projects before progressing to manage projects on his/her own
· Completed Bachelor’s degree in engineering
· A minimum 5 years work experience in project management and process engineering
· High familiarity with tools in project management
· Experience in process management-related environments
· Intercultural awareness
· Comprehensive understanding of the liquid food industry
· Analytical and organizational skills
· Willingness to travel across Asia Pacific
· Able to work in a male dominated environment; provide commissioning support in hard-hat on-site (factory) conditions
