Job description:
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
· Develop detailed documentation of business requirements, system specifications and workflows.
· Work closely with developers and IT teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
· Perform data analysis to support decision-making and strategy development.
· Identify new business opportunities through market research and support the preparation of business proposals, presentations and reports for clients or management.
· Develop and maintain internal and external relationships to support management of scope and expectations.
· Operates as a team member and as a team leader. Advise on methods to improve business processes.
· Consider the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.
· Manage office documentation, filing and record-keeping systems.
· Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments and business events.
· Assist in preparing reports, presentations and business documents.
· Provide administrative support for internal and external documentation and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.
Skills & Qualitications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
· Experience: 1-2 years of experience in similar role
· Communication skills
· Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic understanding of programming language.
. Able to travel and short stay to counteries in Asean and Australiasia.
