Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify potential candidates through various channels and build a qualified pipeline.
- Screening and Selection: Conduct phone screens and interviews, and administer assessments as needed.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide market insights.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records in the ATS and track recruitment metrics.
- Onboarding Support: Facilitate candidate onboarding and provide ongoing support during assignments.
- Compliance: Ensure recruitment activities comply with employment laws and stay updated on industry trends.
