Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process and coordinating in the arrangement of interviews.
- Coordinate in on-boarding activities from creation of email and security access, and arrangement of new hire onboarding.
- Support in preparation of HR Letters such as Letter of Employment, Letter of Confirmation etc.
- Monitor and process employees' work pass matters, probationary period, etc.
- Ensure timely update and maintenance of employee database, personnel files, and Occupational Employment Dataset (OED) in MOM Portal.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing procedures
- Manage market surveys from MOM and other HR related surveys.
- Process contracts start and renewal for contractual staff.
- Coordinate exit process from issuing of Acceptance Letter to handover and exit clearance processes.
- Oversee claims processing and ensure timeliness, accuracy, and compliance to company policies.
- Staff benefits and staff allowances administration.
- Assist in the submission of IR8A and IR21 related matters.
- Assist in the review of the company HR policies and procedures including review of the Employee Handbook.
- Provide day-to-day HR administrative support
- Any other duties or projects as assigned by Head of Department.
Required Qualification, Work Experience, Salary, and Probation Period
• Possess a Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the same capacity.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and a great team player.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications especially in Excel.
• Proposed monthly salary: From S$3,800 (commensurates with experience.
• 3 months’ probation (earlier if candidate excel in the role).
