- Assist Sales Manager and coordinate, prepare, monitor and constantly follow-up on order statuses and delivery schedules
- Preparing and processing sales orders and quotations
- Maintaining a filing system for managing sales databases and updating sales records
- Handle incoming emails, calls and business queries
- Liaise with suppliers and customers to plan and manage logistics
- Be able to generate PO, DO, customer invoice, Sales Inventory Report.
- Liaise with Forwarder to arrange delivery and generate invoices to overseas customers.
- Liaise with customers for outstanding PO, parts delivery arrangement
