Responsibilities
- Collect, distribute, and track hardcopy mail for the Division, ensuring proper sorting and processing of GIRO forms for FIN.
- Follow up on returned mail and managed Lost & Found Cards efficiently.
- Process Programs and Appeals, including data entry, verifying documents, assessing applications, addressing incomplete submissions, routing forms to unions, and scanning hardcopy forms for records.
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements
- Singaporean only.
- Knowledge or experience in administration/customer service would be advantageous.
- Minimum Degree holders.
