Roles and Responsiblities
- To take out quantities from drawings and prepare BOQ.
- To assist in claiming interim payment from Client.
- To calculate quantities for subcontractors’ claims.
- To contact subcontractors to request quotations.
- To record status of main materials consumption (i.e. Concrete, Rebar).
- To support Senior QS and Managers.
- Perform other QS-related duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Requirement
Diploma/Degree in Building or Quantity Surveying
Min. 2 years experience
Microsoft Office
Experience in Infra-Structure Project of more than 200million.
Project location at Bugis
