Your new role
- Provide support to conduct learning needs analysis, determine training priorities, and develop an annual learning plan for the organization.
- Provide support to identify, implement, and facilitate the delivery of training programs (including e-learning modules and on-the-job training) that address the organization's training needs. This includes sourcing and managing training providers, developing course content, and administering course registration.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
- Support and work closely with internal stakeholders to manage the training budget efficiently.
- Update the Learning Management System.
What you'll need to succeed
- Any relevant degree within Human Resources or equivalent disciplines
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
