JOB DESCRIPTION / DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
a. Your main responsibilities are:
- Managing inbound and outbound shipments and deliveries for local and overseas customers
- Processing customer orders according to ISO standards, including entering orders into enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, picking, packing, and dispatching, while ensuring proper handling of products
- Maintaining the documentation for import and export activities, including airway bills, permits, licenses, etc. for customs clearance
- Ensuring all shipping documents, labels, and packaging are correct for dispatch
- Liaising with sales team, customers, logistics companies, delivery personnel and packaging suppliers
- Filing of shipping documents, invoices, and other documents
- Managing inventory and processing of stocking orders
- Conducting warehouse stock take
- Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse
- Any other ad-hoc duties
