- Handle all aspects of the front desk administration (including check-in/outs).
- Handle all aspects of reservation from walk in and phone call.
- Ensures that all payment transactions received upon check out are handled and accounted for in line with protocol.

- Handle customer complaints and requests.

- 6 days week including Public Holidays and Weekends, shift work required (Morning, Afternoon and Night).
