Job Scope:
- General administratives duties with management board meeting
- Assist with preparation and organisation of meetings
- Write minutes for meetings
- Assist with PDPA and Risk Management related responsibilty
- Ensure good time management skills and problem solving skills
- work closely with corporate affairs department and CEO
Job Requirements:
- Singaporeans Only
- 5 years relevant work experience
- Secretarial experience will be considered
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
