Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a communication strategy tailored to the specific needs of the department.
- Set up and configure communication tools, applications, and systems.
- Create standardized communication templates and formats for both internal and external use.
- Work closely with various departments to ensure communication consistency and alignment across the organization.
- Disseminate communications across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Provide training and support for staff on the effective use of communication tools and best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate communication performance through analytics, making adjustments as necessary.
- Oversee project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful implementation of the communication strategy.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing communication strategies within a corporate environment.
- Proficiency with communication tools and platforms (preferably M365) and intranet systems.
- Strong design capabilities for creating communication templates and formats.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess communication metrics and refine strategies as needed.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and changing requirements.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
