Focuses mainly in planning, coordinating and organising events/workshops.

5 days work week : Mon - Thursday (9am-6.30pm) Friday (9am-6pm)
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide oversight and leadership to a team of secretariat staff, financial transactions in the form of fees from courses and revenue from donors or sponsors;
a. Ensure smooth processes for membership databasing and applications.
b. Guide and oversee book-keeping, billing and revenue processes.
c. Review and manage secretariat staff work performance.
d. Lead in work and process improvement.
2. Provide administrative guidance and support for the Council, chapters and committees;
a. Organise Council-related multi-party meetings and follows through with the agenda and minutes.
b. Writes, maintains and curate minutes for Council meetings.
c. Draft and/or improve policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
d. Participates in drafting and sending paperwork like appointment letters, applications and quotations.
3. Provide staffing and resources for organised events, including but not limited to: Monthly Council Meetings, the Singapore Pharmacy Congress and Pharmacy Week.
Experience and Requirements
Diploma or tertiary qualification in administration or other relevant fields and/or demonstrated experience in school or centre administration.
Minimum 5 years of work experience, and past experience in leading teams will be advantageous.
Work experience in the healthcare education, training or sectors will be advantageous.
Candidates skilled in Microsoft office preferred.
Ability to design simple collateral and artwork will be advantageous.
