Job Scope:
- Support the HR team on day-to-day administration
- Prepare letters of appointment, confirmation, termination, increment, promotions and Formulate company memos (Templates provided)
- Register and manage workers Training Courses
- Maintenance of database. (E.g., Documentation and filing work, Update & maintain staff personal records, manage staff Leave, Work Pass, Courses and records)
- Participating in talent acquisition process: Posting job ads, organising resumes, job applications, scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process
- Booking air-tickets for workers for expatriation
- Handle staff queries on HR related matters
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior.
Job Requirements:
- O level and above
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel
- Good email etiquette
- Proactive and initiative driven
- 5 days work week (OT may be needed during high peak period)
