Job Overview:
Responsible for developing the company's business development strategy for optical components to grow the company's business and revenue in consumer electronics, disposable endoscopy, and other emerging applications.
Developing global photonics foundry business which provides process development and manufacturing services to the global photonics industry.
Person in charge of profit of the product line, driving the financial and business target achievement
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the product line,and promote in consumer electronics, disposable endoscopy, and other emerging applications;
2. Research market trends, competitor dynamics, and customer needs;
3. Make product line price strategy and manage product life cycle;
4. Maintain and develop relationships with key customers; and ensure the maximization of market share and profitability for the product line;
5. Work with R&D, Sales and Marketing leadership to understand product line priorities, roadmap and key messaging.
6. Support or serve as management champion in maintaining key customers upon sales request.
7. Support sales in developing high potential or key customers.
8. Lead new business development by sponsoring/managing projects approved by the company as strategic significance.
Job Requirements:
1. >5 years of working experience in the foundry industry, familiar with consumer electronics, information technology, telecom or datacom industry.
2. Proven success in executing high impactful deals that delivering key business metrics.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation skills.
4. Good business acumen and sense of urgency.
5. Excellent judgment, presence, and mature personality;
6. Willing to take initiatives to drive business results.
WORK LOCATION
Base in Singapore and travel globally as business needs.
