● Hot & Cold Desserts

Working Hours: 6 days
Job Responsibilities:
● Running the cafe on shift, which includes service and preparation of food items.
● Weekly/ monthly inventory reporting
● Ensure compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards
● Daily sales reporting to F&B Operation Manager
● Run basic Dessert Bar & Drink training for untrained part-timers
● Maintaining storage plans in store areas
Job Requirements:
● Singaporeans and PRs only
● SFA Basic Food Hygiene Certification is required
● Good customer service and willing to learn attitude
