Part Time Admin Assistant (Half Day Morning)

Asahi Printing Singapore Pte. Ltd.

We are a small trading company and looking for a permanent part-time admin assistant.


Job Description:

  • Order processing duties: issue purchase orders, commercial invoices, delivery orders, and sales invoices.
  • Liaise with suppliers/customers on orders, deliveries, and invoicing (mostly through emails).
  • Arrange import and export shipments through FedEx and keep track of shipments.
  • Collate documents and submit them to the accounting partner for month-end closing.
  • Process expenses claim for Director.
  • Ad hoc duties.


Job Requirements:

  • Able to commit for long term of 5 weekdays from 9am to 1pm.
  • Able to use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Words).
  • Sometimes need to work alone in the office.
  • Relevant experience would be advantageous.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese.
  • Singaporeans and PRs are welcome to apply.
