We are a small trading company and looking for a permanent part-time admin assistant.
Job Description:
- Order processing duties: issue purchase orders, commercial invoices, delivery orders, and sales invoices.
- Liaise with suppliers/customers on orders, deliveries, and invoicing (mostly through emails).
- Arrange import and export shipments through FedEx and keep track of shipments.
- Collate documents and submit them to the accounting partner for month-end closing.
- Process expenses claim for Director.
- Ad hoc duties.
Job Requirements:
- Able to commit for long term of 5 weekdays from 9am to 1pm.
- Able to use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Words).
- Sometimes need to work alone in the office.
- Relevant experience would be advantageous.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese.
