ROLE PURPOSE
The Completions Engineer assists Completions with the preparation of the Project Completions processes and deliverables during the WIN and Execution Phase. He/she will assist the PMT in producing project specific Completions documentation and will transfer to site for the Construction and Completion phase of the project, depending on the needs of the Project.
He/she will adhere and participate to the implementation of the Project HSSE and Quality Plans.
ROLE CONTRIBUTION

1.1 Ensure that HSSE best practices are implemented during the Construction, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning phases of a project.
1.2 Adhere to the HSSE plan and enforce its implementation

Participation to the daily toolbox talk whilst on Site
Group and Project HSSE targets are met
2. In order to meet Group/Project Quality requirements, you are to:
2.1 Adhere to the Quality Plan and and assist Supply Chain for major packages through the Product Assurance role.
2.2 Enforce Group Quality Golden Rules
2.3 Give feedback on project quality about Completions for implementation across future projects.

3 In order to achieve timely delivery of the Project from the Win to the Operate phase, you are to:
Whilst in the office:
3.1 Participate to the Completions Execution Plan
3.2 Assist the Completions Manager in preparing the project Completions schedule
3.3 Assist Completions Manager with the population of the Completions Database and the preparation of the Completions deliverables
3.4 Interface with the Client Completions Team.
Whilst on Site:
3.5 Ensure the interface between office and Site team
3.6 Interface with the Client Completions Team
3.7 Evaluate potential changes (MOC) prior to implementation and alert Completions Manager accordingly as well as relevant Completions Supts.
3.8 Coordinate processing of the Construction yard Completions documents (A-Scope) and distribute to relevant completions personnel for approval
3.9 Coordinate processing of the SBM Completions Documents (B&C Scope) by SBM Completions personnel
3.10 Coordinate the issuance of the final revs of the Completions deliverables and as-built versions.
