Responsibilities:
- To carry out typical consultancy QS scope of works for projects including but not limited to the following:-
- Prepares cost estimates during design stage.
- Prepares pre-tender estimates, carry out prequalification exercise, tender and/or quotation documentation, tender/quotation evaluation and award.
- Carry out post contract administration works including contract document compilation, prepare monthly valuations and cost reports, submit RVOs, assess variations and settlement of final accounts with contractor.
- Assess and manage variation orders, prepare interim valuations, cost plans and budget studies
- Assist to advise client on contractual matters where required.
Requirements:
- Degree in Building / Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering qualification
- 8 years experience within pre and post contract in consultancy / Construction environment would be of advantages
- Experience in handling water pump, ventilation, fire drill installation etc
- Individuals of the highest caliber who are confident, driven and with excellent interpersonal skills
- Organized and able to handle stress
