Due to our rapid expansion, we are inviting high calibre candidates to join us as a Retail Leasing and Business Development Executive.
Job role and Responsibilities
• The trusted right-hand man of Country Manager; To identify new business development opportunities and spearheading of Company's expansion plans which includes all aspects of real estate and leasing matters
• Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of the Company to ensure smooth progress and work with business partners to improve profitability
• Prepare and work with Japan HQ to Review financial information, projects and implement appropriate and efficient approaches to meet financial targets
• To work cross functionally to optimize business efficiency and development
• To manage relationships/agreements with all business partners (Franchisees, vendors and landlords)
• Any other jobs or duties assigned by the Country Manager from time to time
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years' of experience in retail leasing management or related fields.
• Excellent organizational skills, highly responsible and reliable with exceptional attention and initiative
• Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to think strategically
• Team player with excellent communications & interpersonal skill
• Candidates who are registered as Salespersons under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or possess qualitifcations equivalent to Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination will have added advantage.
• Ability to speak Japanese is an advantage (to liaise with Japan HQ)
• Working Location: Island wide
• Working Hours: 6 days/week (inclusive of weekends and PH) (first 3 months)
