We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to support the process and product blueprint definition of our core eCommerce platform. This role involves defining and managing an application that facilitates the end-to-end online sales process for current and future business models, integrating with foundational systems, payment providers, data enrichment layers, and CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Product Owner for data supply to support our eCommerce platforms, including integration with connected products and digital initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with regional and market teams to ensure timely delivery of eCommerce solutions.
- Work with internal Process Managers, Product Owners, and IT Consultants to align on deliverables and timelines.
- Lead and steer end-to-end eCommerce initiatives, championing Agile methodology to deliver products and features.
- Support the eCommerce release train, ensuring high-priority deliverables are met within specified timelines.
- Align IT teams and business stakeholders on requirements, outcomes, and release schedules.
- Evaluate market requests for system and process changes while ensuring alignment with standardization strategies.
- Own and prioritize the eCommerce product backlog in collaboration with Process Managers.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and feasibility assessments, working with Product Owners to deliver agreed-upon solutions.
- Provide user acceptance testing (UAT) support during rollouts, helping to resolve issues that impede market testing.
- Understand market needs and eCommerce maturity, aligning features to support online sales targets.
- Manage the demand process for eCommerce enhancements and provide consultation and support to markets regarding the digitalization of retail operations.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst in a collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to manage and prioritize a backlog across multiple projects and timelines.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to various audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to set and achieve goals, taking accountability for outcomes.
- Experience in eCommerce or retail environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scaled Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Highly motivated and capable of working independently with minimal guidance.
- Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural context.
