Responsibilities:
- Responsible for accomplishing the project objectives within the constraints such as project scope, time, cost and quality
- Interpret technical designs and drawings for construction on-site
- Ensure the project complies with regulations and clients’ specifications
- Coordinate M&E services and prepare CSD/SEM drawings for submission
- Coordinate the integration of Civil, Architectural and M&E works on site with clients, consultations and subcontractors
- Plan, develop and monitor work schedules to ensure timely completion of allocated tasks and schedules
- Prepare reports to clients and project manager on progress, delays, defects and rectification measures for the M&E works
- Provide technical advice and resolve M&E technical issues
- Reporting the progress of M&E works and arranging site inspections with system-wide contractors, sub-contractors and clerk-of-works
- Adhere to safety and health regulations and aim for zero accident in the workplace
- Ensure safety and housekeeping is to maintained to the highest standard
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent academic qualifications
- Minimum 10 years relevant working experience in M&E
- Must have experience working on Building Projects
- A solid team player
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
