Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for returned materials returns from customer
- Handle returned materials request, approval, issuance of Purchase Order, billing of invoices
- Review and plan RTV schedule as driven by MRP
- Liaise with repair vendor on RTV return in order to meet customer demand (RMA application, return shipments)
- Liaise with logistics company on shipment arrangements, shipment status and custom declaration
- Responsible for Inventory Management, review and execute stocking rules pre-set by management periodically
- Prepare periodic reports for management review
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/ degree holder in Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience / relevant industries
- Good team player and able to complete tasks assigned in shortest timeline
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Good in Microsoft Office
- Independent and proactive
- SAP/MRP knowledge preferred
- Able to communicate effective bilingually in order to liaise with Chinese speaking logistics companies
