Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations, cost estimates and bills of quantities
- Sourcing for required material and suppliers
- Procurement of material and negotiation with suppliers/ sub-contractors
- Contract administration
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Quantity Surveying from a recognized Institution
- Min 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Interior Design
- Knowledge in Building Contracts
- Meticulous and have a good eye for details
- Possess strong planning, interpersonal, communication, organization and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently in fast paced working environment
- Knowledge in computer software such as MS Word. MS Excel, etc
