Job Description
Primary:
· Receiving parts, components and equipment from customers and suppliers.
· Kitting and issuing parts and component to the service and spares work orders.
· Check inwards documentation before acceptance of all deliveries before receipt.
· Receiving and recording purchased parts, components and services in the system.
· Packing orders according to sales orders and providing weight and dimensions of packed orders to the logistics department.
· Ensure all received stock is undamaged and order is present and accounted for.
· Reporting and assessing stock discrepancies.
· Informing the supervisor about order shortages.
· Maintaining an orderly workspace by keeping the Stores areas clean, tidy, and free from hazards.
· Staging orders according to work orders and sales order pick lists.
· Participating in all relevant warehouse activities.
- Assisting with the visual inspection of parts as needed.
Secondary:
· Provide additional support to business when necessary.
· Any other ad-hoc responsibility assigned by manager.
Represent the organisation in a responsible and professional manner.
Requirement:
· Years of experience 2 to 3 years is preferred.
· Proficient in Microsoft office suite.
· Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
· Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Forklift license preferred.
