Job Scope:
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries received via emails and inbound calls, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and clarify customer issues, providing accurate information and implementing effective solutions to resolve problems.
- Fulfill customer requests by providing relevant information, completing transactions, and forwarding requests to the appropriate departments as needed.
- Assist patients in arranging and booking appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of services.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the call centre and meet organizational objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O/N level qualification or equivalent.
